1. Introduction

Welcome to EvoBet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and EvoBet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing EvoBet, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use EvoBet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from EvoBet.

EvoBet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

By registering on EvoBet, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. EvoBet may suspend or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided during registration.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one EvoBet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, EvoBet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. EvoBet will not be held liable for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your EvoBet account.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.

• Keep your registered email address and phone number up to date so that account recovery is possible.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

EvoBet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on EvoBet are conducted in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• Deposits are credited to your EvoBet account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is pending verification or if a security review is in progress.
• EvoBet does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made using bonus funds or promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements associated with those bonuses before any withdrawal can be processed. Real money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard verification checks.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

EvoBet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less. Check the specific promotion terms for details.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• EvoBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on EvoBet use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed in the game's information panel and reflects the long-term statistical return of the game under normal operating conditions.

By placing a bet on EvoBet, you acknowledge that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, EvoBet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved.
• EvoBet's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• EvoBet reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or game session.

For sports betting, all markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event. In the event of a postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, EvoBet's sports betting rules — published separately in the sports section — will apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EvoBet. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal manual play.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party using their funds without their knowledge.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting in sports markets.

8. Responsible Gaming

EvoBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and stay in control. These tools are available to all account holders and can be activated at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you spend.

11. Account Termination
